By accessing or using Balipse, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

You must have the authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are using Balipse, and be permitted to do so under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You represent that you have the right to provide any financial data you submit to Balipse, and that doing so does not violate any agreement or law applicable to you.

Where you connect third-party accounts (such as banking, payment processor, or marketplace accounts), you authorize Balipse to access related data for the purpose of constructing your financial network.

Balipse uses AI and automated analysis to interpret financial relationships. Outputs are analytical in nature and are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

You acknowledge that entity resolution, relationship inference, and related insights are generated through automated processing and may contain errors or limitations inherent to that process.

Where API access is provided, you agree to use it in accordance with any applicable usage guidelines and to implement reasonable safeguards around any credentials issued to you.

Balipse may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate applicable law.

Balipse retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its underlying technology, design, and branding.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and no less than a reasonable standard of care.

We maintain safeguards designed to protect the platform and the data within it, as described on our Security page.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Balipse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify Balipse against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these terms or as otherwise necessary to protect the platform or its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
